Remembering, Redirecting, Rewarding |
Spirit of life, we come together this Easter morning to rejoice in the ongoing creation around us and within us. We come to rejoice, but we also come with burdens of sorrow and pain, of shame and fear, of false obligation and false pride. On this Easter morning may we discover a joyous and courageous faith enabling us to set these burdens down. Let us Awaken to the possibilities inherent in this life. With practical realities as our guide let us expand and embrace a new season filled with remembering the long journey that brought us here. Let’s redirect some of the issues that cause us pause, cause us trouble or pain. Let’s reward our good works and encourage each other to do more positive things.
