Lessons from Caregiving
All of us are caregivers and some of us get more experience than others. I’ve had a lot of it from my sons, my father who broke his hip, my mother who had to leave her senior residence due to dementia during Covid. And the most profound experience. My husband of 47 years getting cancer and dying in 5 months. Enough time has passed that I have begun reflecting on how it’s shaped me and the many lessons I learned along the way.
In this service, I’ll pass along the lessons I've learned.
