This service is about recognition and honoring the people whose land has supported our culture and peoples for over two hundred years. This service is a call into action of our best selves towards relationships with the peoples of Turtle Island.
Let’s reimagine Columbus Day, changing a celebration of colonialism into an opportunity to reveal historical truths about the genocide and oppression of indigenous peoples in the Americas, to organize against current injustices, and to celebrate indigenous life in all of its complex realities.

In order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the UUCLV congregation has suspended most in-person programs and events for the time being.
UUCLV will hold Virtual Worshipful Gatherings on Sundays until such a time that we can come together in-person again.
