Welcoming Congregation Classes
Our Welcoming Congregation Renewal is almost complete for this congregational year 2022-2023. The last component for our community is for us to grow in knowledge about our LGBTQIA plus members, friends and neighbors. This six part training offers us an opportunity to dig deeper. To learn more. To truly be as welcoming as we can be.
Join me and the Welcoming Team as we engage in each of these sessions. We are meeting Friday evenings and Saturdays. We understand that everyone won't be able to attend when we are meeting. The good news is that all members will have access to view these important sessions at your own time. We will do each session discussion portion hybrid. I encourage everyone to participate as much as you can.If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact Reverend Gordon.

Take your knowledge and skills to the next level in terms of trans identity and how to create congregations that are fully inclusive and affirming of the full breadth of gender diversity. Over six sessions you will deeply explore the intersection of trans identity, spirituality, and faith community, and gain the grounding, context, and skills to transform yourself and your congregation.
If you are unable to attend the meetings IN PERSON of the Welcoming Congregation Course: Transgender Inclusion in Congregation - you can watch it at your convenience online. Please RSVP to the Reverend AND CC: the Administrator that you are interested. You will be sent a special code to be able to watch the video course. Discussion will happen on the following dates:
