Activities
Much of the life of our congregation takes place apart from Sunday Morning Worship. UUCLV congregation, friends, and members offer and support a variety of services, committees and other small groups for exploration, discussion, and edification. These groups provide many opportunities for socialization and social justice work, service groups, special interest groups, and more. Check out the offerings below to see if there is a group for which you have been looking, or a group that might be looking for you! Let us know and we'll be glad to help you find something that matches with your interests and unique needs.
In this time of separation and social distancing, many of our groups and activities are still meeting, although most are meeting virtually. For more detailed information about any of these activities, contact information is included with each description. Additionally, please visit our news section or our calendar. To keep track of our upcoming events, you can subscribe to receive our weekly announcements and monthly Sunrise newsletter directly to your email inbox. |

Learning Together - Multi-Generational Faith Development Program
Learning Together is a Faith Development program for ALL ages. We created this program in line with our mission of supporting our congregation’s families, building relationships across generations, and being the beacon for those who may be looking for a new community in Las Vegas. This is a collaborative group, which provides opportunities to share our talents and resources. We have been meeting virtually through Zoom every Saturday from 4-5PM. Events are shared in the UUCLV Hangout Facebook Group and through our weekly announcements. Reach out to Ariel Sublett ([email protected]) or Rory Solomon ([email protected]) if you have any questions.

And More...
New groups, which often form around interests like art, nature, or poetry, become active when there is enough interest in our congregation. Some of our previously active groups, like our Agave Spirit Grove CUUPS circle wax and wane along with the interests and time constraints of their membership. If you are interested in starting a new group, or if you wish to breathe new life into a group that is currently on hiatus, please contact our church office at [email protected].
