Form to Add an Event to the Calendar by Members/Friends of the Congregation

If you are not already involved with the congregation and are interested in submitting an event to the congregation's calendar,
​please contact the office administrator.

If your group, committee, event, or other virtual gathering needs special Zoom features, such as screen sharing and greater host controls, please fill out the request form above and send an email to the
Office Administrator for additional assistance.

If Audio Visual is needed, it is the responsibility of the Contact Person sending in the calendar form
to make sure the A-V has been arranged.
AND
If food is being served, it is the responsibility of the Contact Person sending in the calendar form
to make sure that food is properly taken care of in serving and
​everything has been washed and put away after the event has ended.
