We need the following at the minimum: 10 + Stations for the Trunk-o-Treat Baked goods for the Cake Walk Cake Walk Ringmaster Craft Table Director Costume Parade Leader(s) Set up / Clean up Crew Candy Donations Currently, we have the event planned for Monday, October 30th. We can move it to Sunday the 29th if there are a few folks who can close things out as our main planner has a previous engagement & needs to leave early.
