​In order to do the work of Love and Justice, we must spend time considering how to renew our spirits, building fortitude and strength for the times ahead. We can discipline ourselves to regularly engage with practices that restore our spirit so that our Hope does not easily falter. Join us to learn how gathering in community can comfort and motivate us to fortify our resolve and renew our spirits.

​Amy Brunell is a third year Seminarian at Starr King School for the Ministry. Amy has been in the health and wellness industry for over two decades and currently teaches adults topics concerning developing a wider Emotional Intelligence. Amy is also a performer who studied Musical Theater in college. Amy is hoping to become ordained as a Family Minister in the Unitarian Universalist Tradition. Amy lives in the Los Angeles area and has two adult sons.
