Finding Light in Difficulty
with The Reverend
Gordon Clay Bailey
Come worship with the UUs!
To some our religious freedoms and our right to political resistance have been questioned and trampled recently. These ideas and notions are major themes in the story of Hanukkah and the Maccabean revolt against the Seleucid Empire. In this service we will explore how and why these themes are just as relevant now as they have ever been. Join us for an engaging service filled with the past the present and a look into the future.
In order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the UUCLV congregation has suspended most in-person programs and events for the time being.
UUCLV will be holding Virtual Worshipful Gatherings on Sundays until such a time that we can come together in-person again.
