The UUCLV Service Auction is from October 18 - 25
There will be TWO WAYS to BID on items.
#1 - Comment under the photo(s) of the desired item in the UUCLV Hangouts Photo album.
#2 - E-mail Erma to place your bid. Just reference the item number from this catalog, and your minimum bid. We will place your bid on your behalf and inform you if you are outbid.This is also a great option to bid anonymously!
Some items will go to the highest bidder, where others will explicitly state they are for the first X number of spots.
Each item in the service catalog has the donors info to ask questions.
When bidding closes October 25th at 8pm, you will be notified that you won and have 48 hours to pay via your bank to the church. After your payment is received, we will let the donor know you paid and you can now work out delivery/pickup/shipping.
If the donor and winner can’t work pickup or delivery, all physical items must be dropped off by the donor at the church by Monday Nov 2nd.
All winners must pick their items up at church by Monday Nov 9th.
